AKASHI-TAI UMESHU (SWEET) — 60ml
A liqueur made from plums (“ume” in Japanese). Its sweet, fruity flavours with bouquet of confit cherries and plums is followed by a sweetness in the mouth, with generous notes of plum and almond.
AKASHI-TAI YUZUSHU (SOUR) — 60ml
Refreshing and fragrant, made from Yuzu Japanese citrus fruit - is perfect as an appetizer or after dinner. High quantity of fresh yuzu juice giving a refreshing aroma of grapefruit. An intense citrussy flavours and a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the tanginess of the yuzu.
